Forklift Driver / Flexi Counterbalance Operator – Food Manufacturing

Best Time is currently hiring an experienced Forklift Driver or Flexi Counterbalance Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing facility in Winchester. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for candidates with a strong background in food production or manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts to support smooth production flow
  • Carry out a range of duties including packing, stirring, and hygiene-related tasks
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Follow health & safety and food hygiene protocols
  • Assist production team with additional duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Valid Forklift License (Flexi or Counterbalance)
  • Experience in a food production or food manufacturing environment (essential)
  • High attention to hygiene, safety, and detail
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic computer literacy

Hours & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday (Start times between 06:00–08:00)
  • Two breaks per shift: 15 minutes paid, 30 minutes unpaid
  • £13.00 per hour
  • Immediate start available
  • On-site parking and a supportive team environment
  • Temp to Perm
