HGV Class 1 Driver / C+E Driver

Location: near Chertsey
Job Type: Temporary / Permanent / Full-Time
Salary: £18.00 - £20.00 per hour

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for HGV Class 1 Drivers to support the operations of a leading company within the film and television industry. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a unique sector, transporting high-quality location facility vehicles and trailers to productions across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate HGV Class 1 vehicles to deliver and collect trailers and facility vehicles.
Transport equipment to film and TV locations nationwide.
Ensure vehicles and trailers are presented to the highest standard.
Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any defects.
Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet production schedules.
Provide a professional and reliable service at all times.

Requirements:

Full UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
1+ years previous HGV driving experience (experience in film/TV industry advantageous but not essential).
Strong understanding of driver hours and regulations.
Excellent communication skills and professional manner.
Flexibility with working hours and willingness to travel across the UK.
